Job Description

About The RoleThe successful applicant will work with the Clinical Lead for the service supporting liaison with internal departments, stakeholders and our external OH provider, ensuring fully compliant policies, processes and procedures are in place relating to the management and well being of our flexible workers from the initial recruitment stage and beyond.Managament of the OH Referral & In -life care Senior Support Officer TeamNHS Professionals have over 130,000 flexible workers registered on our bank, working at the heart of the NHS. Our flexible workers undertake various roles, grades, and specialities across Nursing & Midwifery, Non-Clinical (Admin, Estate, Facilities), Allied Health Professionals, Healthcare Scientists and Personal Social Services. We also have Doctors registered and working with us at over 20 NHS Trusts through our Doctors Direct.About The CandidateThe successful candidate will have

  • Degree level qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge and handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisor team management experience
  • Experience of relationship mangaement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Evidence of influencing skills working with colleagues
  • Effective Communicator
  • Emotionally Intelligent demonstrable ability to build lasting professional relationships with departmental stakeholders
  • Demonstrable skills delivering a process driven service
  • Supervisory experience managing a team.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority including.
  • Evidence of and influencing skills with colleagues you do not manage
  • Involving service users in service development.
