We are looking to develop strong relationships with the members of our flexible working bank in order to maximise the lifetime value and retain our sizeable talent pool.You will lead the creation and delivery of operational engagement plans, opportunistic projects and initiatives along with performance management, with a view to continually enhance the experience of our bank members, maximise performance and the value of the relationship for both the member and NHSP.You will lead a small team to support the Director of Bank Member Engagement to embed the value proposition across the organisation through collaboration with colleagues both internally and externally.The role forms part of the Bank Member Engagement Leadership Team and will support the Director of Bank Member Engagement to transform the operational delivery associated with Bank Member engagement, providing greater focus on the opportunities for change and the ability to continually enhance our offering and market position.About the Candidate:We are looking for someone who has a wealth of leadership experience and places value on their people, inclusion, integrity and respect.Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, you will have demonstrable knowledge of employee engagement in a managerial role including leading consultation, forums or focus groups. You will have experience of managing complex and competing change projects with the ability to redesign and influence new ways of working in a fast paced, high pressure and often political environment..A charismatic communicator who is confident in engaging a wide range of stakeholders and is a natural networker and collaborator with the ability to handle challenging circumstances You will be expected to confidently present to large groups of internal and external stakeholders.You will have a high level of numeracy, analytical, and statistical skills which will play a pivotal role in support of formulating business cases and monitoring the impact of projects.A good understanding of the NHS workforce challenges and related policy is desirable along with a strong understanding of workforce optimisation.Please note: In 2010 NHS Professionals moved to Limited Company status and therefore Agenda for Change terms and conditions are not applicable to this role.We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if sufficient applications are received.
