Key Responsibilities Our ideal support worker will:

  • Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our clients achieve their everyday goals (including personal care, companionship, housekeeping)
  • Be able to support activities and hobbies
  • Be attentive and inspire our clients to achieve more!
  • Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that maybe challenging
