Job Description

Brand New JOBS! Production OPS – MONDAY TO FRIDAY! – LONG TERM WORKAqumen Recruitment is working in partnership with an established food manufacturing business based in S63.Due to continued growth our client is currently recruiting for a number of production operative positions.The Role:

  • Regular Lifting of 25KG of bags of mixes & spices into a hopper for mixing.
  • Quality checks of product.
  • Order picking via a recipe order sheet
  • Bagging of the product
  • Packing of the produce via the line.
  • Safe use of a PPT to move finished product to warehouse
  • Repetitive lifting of boxes onto pallets
  • Maintain levels of housekeeping & ensure recycling initiatives are adhered too.
  • To work effectively & safely in line with H&S requirements
  • General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor.
  • Full Training is provided via the hirer.
    • Requirements:
  • Experience of working within a production or Warehouse facility
  • Adequate literacy & numeracy skills
  • Good attention to detail & visual analysis
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • And have no known nut allergy due to the products manufactured.
    • Shifts:Basic hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 – 17:00 however due to sheer volume of work the client requires staff to work 10 & 12 hour shifts such as 06:00 – 18:00.Pay & Benefits:
  • £8.72 per hour all hours worked.
    • This role is an immediate start and you must be available to start on Monday 26th October for paid induction & training.Aqumen is operating as a recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
