Elevation Recruitment have a new opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Rotherham area with immediate effect!Salary: £40,000Location: ThurnscoeHours: Days only- 7am-4.30pm Monday to FridayA few of the many benefits: * Overtime rates available * Work for a well-established, financially stable company* 10% annual bonus* Pension scheme - company contribution up to 10%* Healthcare scheme* Cycle to work scheme* Ongoing training* 4x Life assurance scheme* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays* Additional wellness day to be taken off * Option of buying extra holidays Duties of this position: * Provide Electrical Technical support to both production and equipment at all times* Creating a concise log of events whilst doing all aspects of role including failure reports and PPMs* Review plant process and feedback where necessary* Ensure you are always compliant to health and safety standards* Fault finding will be a part of the daily role* Attending to breakdowns and working to ensure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum - both mechanically and electrically* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance regularly* Occasional travel to nearby sites may be needed* Order spare parts and ensuring enough stock to reduce downtime in machinery* Must be able to work from own initiative* Maintain a good relationship with customers at all timesDesired Experience:* Must have a strong background within Electrical Maintenance* Electrical Engineering trained in HNC/ HND/ ONC/ OND or equivalent * Ideally worked within a fast-paced environment previously (FMCG)* Excellent fault finding skills, and have experience with PLCs * Must be a team player, but also able to work from own initiative if needs be* General maintenance around site may also be included in role* Other duties as and when requiredFor further details please contact Beth Roberts at Elevation Recruitment.REFER A FRIEND!
