Multi Skilled Machine OperativeLocation: Thrapston, Northamptonshire, NN14 4QSSalary: £15 - 17 per hourContract: Full time, permanent. We are looking for operators who can be trained in several departments within the factory including the Corrugator, Conversion and Finished Goods Line. The objective of this crew is to ensure optimum material flow through the factory in an efficient and safe manner while adhering to all standards of safety, quality and production.Key Objectives Achieve targets for material flow Comply with customer requirements Ensure quality targets are met Help maximize OTIF Work with team and department to achieve safe working environment Keep area clean and tidy and work to all cleaning schedules Play a key role in all areas of the factory.Key Attributes Proactive approach to problem solving Enthusiastic and highly self-motivated Customer focused, quality and service driven approach Progressive attitude to learn and to pass knowledge on to others Previous experience within the corrugated industry is highly desirable Excellent Health and Safety ethos Fork lift truck license is desirableIf you feel you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role than apply today!
