Job Description

About The RoleWere looking for Key Operatives to join us, working within the production team to maintain and run the production lines to ensure quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. Its fast paced, high volumeand demanding; but rewarding knowing that youre part of a team contributing to a quality product being delivered for our customers.As either a Machine or Technical Operative youll lead on running the production line, conducting system set ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and will aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway.Roles available include:

  • Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine
  • Manufacturing Key Operative - Technical

  • Ideally has previous experience of working in a production environment with machinery
  • Has strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Works well as part of a team and enjoys being physically active
  • Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout shift where tasks are repetitive
  • Can demonstrate a keen understanding and passion for business improvement and mechanical/electrical maintenance
  • Strong root cause analysis and understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Uses problem solving skills to recognise trends and make long term fixes/suggestions to improve efficiency and product quality
