Create and post social media videos.Administrative Responsibilities Handling communications via phone, E-mail, and conferencing.Team and client anniversary/birthday management. QBR scheduling and document distribution (soft & non soft). Supporting other teams with staff absences.Company event scheduling and management.This is an entry level role but any skills Picked up in roles such as the below would be helpful.Administrator, Executive Assistant, PA to Director, Admin Assistant, Office Manager, Administration Executive, Diary Management, Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Social Media Administrator, Marketing Assistant, Social Media Assistant.They currently have capacity to hire a number of individuals across the business including roles through the Kickstart Scheme.
