With 40 years experience, we are proud to be experts in our trade along with our dynamic staff who put first classservice at the forefront of everything we do.Overview:We are expanding our team with a Modern Apprentice looking for a brilliant opportunity to kick start their career in Administration.You will be the first point of contact to guests and clients visiting the office, so the ideal candidate will be confident in customer facing scenarios and possess a passion for providing first class service as well as an enthusiasm for learning.You will gain an SCQF Level 6 in Business & Administration.Salary:£14,500 per annum.Working week:38.25hrs a week.Main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining alphabetical and numerical filing systems
  • Covering reception by responding to email and telephone enquiries
  • Greeting customers and answering the door
  • Filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying documents
  • Support and participate in projects as appropriate
  • Ad hoc office duties
  • Supporting departments when required
