Job Description

HR AdministratorPertemps are delighted to bring to market a new role with a worldwide company who are looking to bring on an HR Administrator.This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a strong HR team.You will work alongside a team of experienced HR professionals to ensure business runs smoothly.The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday HRIS.

  • Up to £31,000
  • Based in Glasgow
  • 4 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • 3 Days in Office and 2 Days Working from Home
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the team with all HR related planning and activity across the business.
  • Act as a point of contact for external bodies to ensure all queries are answered in a timely manner.
  • Liasing with relevant departments to arrange contracts and employment offers.
  • Support team with Right to Work checks and the onboarding process.
  • Assist with scanning and filing of documents and keeping the relevant systems up to date and accurate.
  • Support elsewhere in the business as and when required.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Strong previous experience within an HR role.
  • Experience using Workday is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient across all MS Office Packages
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.
