Job Description

Branch Administrator Apprenticeship - East Renfrewshire,G46 8NGSalary - £5.50phThis position is a full time role, 38 hours per week between 9am5pm Monday to Friday.Contract: 12 Months FTCQualification:Working towards Digital Applications Admin ApprenticeshipWe are a private home care provider. This exciting opportunity has become available to provide admin support to two of our services based in our Thornliebank Office, Constance Care East Renfrewshire. Our clients are predominantly frail elderly, people withdementia and adults with life limiting conditions, mental health conditions or physical/learning disabilities. We support them to live independently in their own homes assisting with daily living such as washing, dressing, toileting, continence care, medicationsupport, domestic support and much more.The successful appointee will be required to support our Managers and Coordinators with daily administrative tasks, to ensure a smooth and effective service is provided. For this role you would be required to engage with clients, field based Care Workers,Managers and Senior Managers to positively undertake and promote duties & compliance therefore, an excellent telephone manner and strong organisational skills are essential for this role although full in house training and SVQ training is provided.This is a great chance to be part of one of the UKs most exciting businesss within Domiciliary Care, who are going from strength to strength focusing on their growth and quality of care.Typical Duties:

  • Answering/Transferring Calls
  • Processing Mail
  • Filling/scanning and emailing
  • System data entry
  • Typing up Clients Personal Care Plans
  • Minute taking
  • Diary management of staff supervisions & appraisals
The successful candidate should have or be willing to work towards:
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills- both written and verbal
  • Multi-tasking and numeracy skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines/effective time management skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative
  • Some experience in the a work place
  • National 5 Level / grades c or higher
