Are you looking to join a hardworking driven team Can you be a great assist to the school in achieving their vision The school is known for being based in one of the most peaceful locations in the country.The JobMaintenance technician required to support the Resource department at the School.Reporting to the Head of Resource this position will cover many aspects of building/pool/gardening/fleet/compliance testing and maintenance.The individual will work daily on general maintenance using power tools and testing equipment. This work includes a variety of tasks from pool maintenance and cleaning to painting and decorating, general repairs, various testing and data collection plus other tasks, a full clean driving licence is desirable. Candidates should have a good level of experience in aspects of maintenance.A self-starter who is competent to work on his/her own at times is needed, who has a good level of fitness as the role is demanding physically, a good standard of education and a positive can do attitude is essential.Training will be given in all aspects of health and safety and COSHH and the candidate will learn about compliance and legalities throughout a large campus.Your SkillsYou will have a strong interest in working in a Maintenance environment and you must also be well presented, organised and be focussed on delivering great results.
