Job Description

Brook Street Ltd are pleased to announce a readily available position within a public sector organisation in Port TalbotJob Title: AdministratorLocation: Port Talbot, SA13 1RE Pay Rate: 17.03 per hour - Full Time, Monday - Friday, hybrid - 2-3 days/week on client siteStart date: vetting pending - the offered candidate is subject to a basic DBS and 3 years activity checkEmployment through Brookstreet, temporary on going assignment, for 4 months initially- extension possibility up to 1 yearKey Responsibilities:

  1. Admin duties: Deal with the penalty charges, manage trackers, take customer complaints
  2. Data Entry and Processing: Accurately input and process a variety of data, including maintenance records, engineering data, and project-related information, in accordance with established protocols and deadlines.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain organised and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection and document management protocols.
  4. Reporting: Assist in generating reports and summaries from processed data, contributing to the efficient functioning of the team and the decision-making process.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and other team members to support data-related projects and provide timely and accurate data support.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in data entry and data processing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Excellent communication skills
