You will be well supported and encouraged to continuously develop to meet the needs of our service and your profession.The successful candidates will work with colleagues within a new and exciting routine therapy triage team, triaging and coordinating across the South, North and Rugby HomeFirst routine therapy community services. You will liaise and work closely with Community & Specialist Nursing Colleagues, General Practitioners and the acute hospital, as well as with other therapists within the Integrated Health Teams.HomeFirst will offer a seven day service from 08:30 – 22:00, so flexible working is required. Allied health professionals will be rostered between 08:30 – 18:00 hours.
