Are you an Administrator who has worked for a Construction company and has a good understanding of Payment ValuationsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Admin Assistant to support our Quantity Surveyor at a well-established Electrical company based in Sidcup.Temp to Perm£14.00 - £17.00 per hour / £27K - £28K after 12 weeks40 hours a week: 08.00 - 17.00Main duties include:

Managing applications - Complying with project stages, by reading the payment valuations
Preparing spreadsheets using V Look-ups
Ensure applications are submitted on time by contacting clients via phone and email
Chasing payments daily to ensure they are made on time
Raising any queries with the Quantity Surveyors
