The business is looking to make significant investment over the next 12-18 months, and the Technical Managerwill play in crucial role in ensuring the business complies with regulatory standards and continues to achieve successful BRC audits.The RoleOur client is looking to appoint a Technical Manager who will lead, support and play a key role in continuing to develop the site from a technical perspective.With a desire to achieve best in class, the successful candidate must be motivated by being at theforefront of industry standards. You will have a natural ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and can not be afraid to challenge as and when appropriate.The business is looking to drive a pipeline of innovation, and the Technical Manager will work closely with the NPD function to ensure product compliance, without stifling creativity.The PersonThis role would suit a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who has experience working as either a Technical Manager, or Supervisor that is looking to take that first step into a management role.
