We are looking for a self-motivated emissions monitoring team leader who has an interest to develop a career in the environmental monitoring area especially within the stack emissions team in both the commercial and research areas.Responsibilities" Planning and preparing for monitoring campaigns" Accessing monitoring locations and setting up equipment" Operation of sampling and test equipment to measure emission levels" Collation of site information relating to the monitoring and corresponding process activities" Interaction and communication with customer contacts, regulators, etc" Adherence to company and client quality and health and safety protocols" Working with the laboratory manager to, prepare sampling media, and repair, calibrate /maintain test equipment." Working with Delivery Manager to arrange customer interactions and ongoing interactions" Maintaining and ensuring high safety standards in accordance with our system and customer site specific requirements " Producing and reviewing Test Reports, SSPs etc in accordance with our Quality systemRequirements:" Experience in a similar role as a MCERTS Level 2 Team Leader" Ideally the candidate should have a background in Chemistry, Physics, or another relevant discipline" Training will be provided, but you will need to have a willingness to learn and develop" A full driving license is essential as travel including overnight stays will be involved " You will be a good team player with a positive attitude" You will need to enjoy working outdoors and specifically at heights" Understanding of quality systems is desirable" Previous experience of working and developing customer relationships
