Clear and agreed Roadmap for HAZOPs with clarity on choices.
Structure and plan to deliver simple standards for Process safety; functional, process and management in line with the overall plan
Lead the expertise platform (process safety operation managers and Technical Authorities) addressing structural issues and track audit gap closure to deliver results at the front line
Build outstanding capability in house to Service the business in the different technologies and geographies based on heat map, including talent pipeline
Ensure top construction projects are delivered OTIF without process safety incidents and future proof
Improve audit program in line with overall per business ask, consolidate, simplify, more effective and cost efficient
Owner of Management of Change process for SHE, including standard, tool and training - ensuring fit for purpose functionality and capability across
Ensure visibility and buy in of all key stakeholders on strategy and plan

ProfileA successful Global Process Safety Manager should have:

MSc in Chemical Engineering
Process Safety Operational experience
Background in Chemicals, FMCG or Oil & Gas
Operational experience in: HAZOPs, PSSR, MOC, QRA, Process Safety Audits, Bow tie, Asset Health, 20 Process Safety Elements
Data driven, self-starter, excellent communication skills, ability to work agile and iterative
Collaborative work ethic, growth mindset, challenging status quo, talent catalyst, leading virtual teams
Proven track record of project delivery, fully operational in delivering time driven action plans and closing gaps OTIF
Like to have a six sigma, preferably black belt (nice to have)
