Job Description

RPA / BA DeveloperTeddington / Home BasedA leading bluechip organisation is looking for a Lead RPA /BA Developer. This position requires a self-motivated professional to work within a newly created Process Automation team providing cutting-edge RPA and digital workflow solutions to business. Primary role is to work with the lead RPA developer with the design and development of automation solutions to meet business requirements.The Role

  • Provides a superior level of experience and knowledge of process automation solutions and associated methodologies to deliver cutting edge solutions to business
  • Assess and develop infrastructure solutions to support RPA and digital transformation
  • Demonstrated skills in understanding complex business processes to develop appropriate automation solutions
  • Design and develop processes for acquiring data from disparate data sources using innovative methods
  • Ensure the best practices are met throughout the lifecycle of a RPA delivery
  • Can architect overall RPA solutions from start to completion
  • Identifies new process opportunities and quickly assesses feasibility
  • Ability to perform results evaluation and identify process improvements
  • Mentors colleagues through training and accreditation programs - providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
    • Requirements
  • Hands-on development experience of RPA platforms UiPath
  • Experience of complex requirements gathering
  • Strong analytical ability with data retrieval and manipulation
  • Ability to quickly debug and defects or issues that arise during development
  • Performs problem identification and error resolution processes that includes tracking, repairing and reporting defects
  • Experienced in version control and release management
  • Demonstrate a good balance between technical expertise and commercial business awareness
  • Experience in driving data quality and process improvements
