We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who will be the focal point for driving excellent customer service. Working with the Portfolio Managing Directors you will work to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet and exceed customer expectations.* Interface and support across the portfolio businesses.* Provide and implement the plan to improve customer satisfaction to support the creation of engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.* Support in taking ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution* Introducing best practice customer service principles into the business* Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards embedding and improving customer service.* Develop procedures, policies and standards* Mentor project managers and nurture an environment where they can excel.* Work with Global function to promote customer service programmes across the company.Person Specification * Proven working experience in driving and delivering Customer Satisfaction in a consultancy business* Excellent knowledge of CSAT management methods and techniques* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills* Customer satisfaction orientation* Excellent reasoning and problem-solving skills* Experience of coaching and influencing professional staff* Effective motivation and delegation skills* Proven ability to influence clients and stakeholders* Strategic and logical thinker* Strong team leadership and team player
