Job Description

Our client is looking for a team administrator to join their Teddington office. You will join a multi-disciplinary consultancy established in 1962, providing Building Surveying, Architectural, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, M&E and Interior Designservices.The current team has enjoyed unprecedented success over the last three years and are now tracking well ahead of planned targets. A steadily increasing workload is supporting team expansion and recruitment across several positions.Our client are looking for a Team Administrator to undertake work supporting the London team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to potentially grow and develop the role to a full-time position in the future.The role would be based in the Office for the first six months, after which there would be the opportunity to discuss a blended working pattern.Responsibilities would include the following:- Minute taking via Microsoft Teams attendance- Typing and formatting various types of reports- Completion of standard forms and documentation- Inputting cost information into spreadsheets- PDF document stitching to produce reports- Liaison with clients to arrange for meetings- Management of office meeting room booking- Team diary management / coordination- Organising training workshops - Database input and management- Stationary / materials supply review and ordering- Typing and issuing general correspondence - Assisting with invoicingThe candidate should ideally be- Experienced in the sector (not essential)- Capable of audio typing circa 60 wpm or better - Computer literate - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software- Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail - Capable of committing to and achieving deadlinesRemuneration- £23k to £35k basic salary (pro-rata) dependant on experience- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata)- Flexible / hybrid working opportunity- Company pension scheme
