Job Description

Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference to someones life each and every day As a Support Worker, you would be part of a warm, caring team helping adults with autism and learning disabilities to live their lives as independently aspossible.Discovery is currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team at a Residential Care Home based in Ruishton, Taunton where we support seven adults.As a Support Worker you will support our people to live independently and to be at the centre of all the decisions they make. Whether that be what to eat and drink, when to enjoy some spa time in the hot tub or choosing any number of other activities toenjoy, visiting places of interest, eating out and spending time with loved ones and family.You will be working alongside a team of dedicated colleagues who will support you in your new role. We have full time and part time contracts available and our shift times are: 7am to 2pm for an early, or 2pm until 10pm for a late.Why join us

  • Full-time or part-time contracts available.
  • £9.50 per hour, with overtime opportunities available with an extra 10% enhancement.
