Additionally, their in-house Protectionteam offers tailored insurance solutions, ensuring clients are adequately protected.About the RoleAs a Mortgage Administrator, youll be a crucial part of our clients team, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative support to the mortgage advisors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy office setting and enjoys being part of a dedicatedteam.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting mortgage advisors with administrative tasks
  • Managing client files and documentation
  • Liaising with clients and lenders to facilitate the mortgage process
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email
