This role is a great opportunity based in Taunton for a candidate who has a strong background in either accounts or tax. You will be working for a small - medium size firm with a wealth of history behind them. You will become part of an office of around50 employees, the actual tax team is 9 people in total including the 2 partners. You will become part of a very sociable environment and part of a firm with that family feel. This firm also works hard to make sure that they are inclusive to all employeesand offer equal opportunity and progression to everyone that works there.This firm also has a flexible working policy of one day a week from home and the rest in the office. In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients as well as managing more junior members of the team. Your role will also include some Trustso experience in this area is beneficial but not essential. There is also opportunity for study support as growth and improvement will be encouraged throughout your career with this firm. Qualifications such as ATT, CTA, AAT and STEP are desirable but notessential as this firm will also consider candidates that are qualified by experience.This role comes with a salary banding of £40,000 - £55,000 for the right candidate and is open to anyone looking for a manager or senior manager position. You will also receive 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (5 weeks for a senior manager) as well as a standardpension contribution.
