We are a guarantor loan company operating out of a beautiful converted barn in Netherley. 1Plus1 Loans was established over 8 years ago and are regulated by the FCA. We are growingat a rapid rate and are offering individuals career progression opportunities.The details: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday Competitive Pay Rates Permanent - Full Time Weekly Pay Excellent Benefits Friendly call centre environment Immediate Start On site parkingThe main duties and responsibilities of the role include: Receiving and making high volume of calls in relation to loan applications. Assessing and preparing loan applications, ready for review / pay out from underwriting team. Ensuring all information has been collected and saved on the application with detailed notes. Responding to general enquiries and liaising with customers via email. Assisting customers with general enquiries and applications via website. Issuing arrears notifications and making outbound calls to arrange payments. Adept in asking fact finding questions to assist with loan applications. Develop and maintain a sound understanding of credit risk and affordability. Adhere to company policies, GDPR, DPA, Treating Customer Fairly, collections etc Be courteous and helpful when receiving / making calls. Quick learner with the ability to adapt and evolve.What we are looking for: Previous customer service experience is essential. Previous experience of working in a financial environment is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills. IT competent. Good English and Maths skills . Working knowledge of FCA principles and regulations required but not essential.
