Job Title: Digital Marketing AssistantSalary: £25,000Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 38 hours per weekLocation: Tanworth in Arden, Solihull (own transport essential)Description:Due to expansion our client is currently recruiting for a competent and experienced Junior Digital Marketer who can execute ideas and turn them into action. You will join a small, friendly team within a busy, successful and well-established company basedin Tanworth in Arden, near Solihull.The role requires an experienced Junior Digital Marketer who can help to increase the customer outreach through content and helpful resources. You will assist the marketing team in creation and delivery of content, marketing resources and events.Our client actively support training development and upskilling and actively reward initiative with progress and responsibility.Benefits include competitive salary, pension scheme, free on-site parking, free gym membership and a relaxed friendly office environment.Key Duties:

Integral part of marketing strategy involving blogs, podcasts, webinars and email newsletters in order to share ideas to help customers and bring on potential leads
Assist in curating, editing, planning and scheduling content
Clearly communicate with the team and business with problem solving as they arise
Handle social media and email marketing for all events
Presenting webinars
Actively collaborate with the team, share ideas and manage and take on feedback

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Good interpersonal skills to integrate into the team and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
General understanding of a CRM and its purpose would be advantageous
Technical proficiency needed
An initiative in learning new skills and software is central to this role
Expected to work autonomously and bridge the gap between marketing and other departments
Good copywriting, editor and grammar are crucial
Basic understanding of SEO is also desirable
Happy to participate in marketing discussions and be willing to defend own ideas whilst also accepting constructive criticism
Creativity, flair and an eye for detail
Photoshop, basic image/video editing would be preferred
Self motivated and able to manage workload without supervision in small business environment
