New Opportunity AvailableIndustrial Sales Representative - Outside Sales£26,000 Per AnnumMidlands based- Must report to Tamworth office once a weekPermanentDue to our incredible growth, my client is currently looking for Highly Motivated Industrial Outside Sales Representatives to join their Sales Team that will provide automation repair solutions to their Customers. My client is the global leader within the industrial electronics and mechanical automation repair industry that provides these services to a diverse group of manufacturing sectors from Automotive, Steel, Tire and Rubber, Food and Drink, Aerospace, Pulp and Paper to name a few.As an Industrial Outside Sales Representative, you will manage existing Customers as well as grow the territory pursuing sales leads within an assigned territory. To be successful, you must have industrial outside sales experience and be driven to exceed your goals.We offer a competitive salary & commission package.Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Industrial sales experience is a must and a background in automation repairs is a plus
  • Must be self-motivated, ambitious, organized, team player with a persuasive and energetic personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong solution selling skills & problem-solving abilities
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development and time management
  • Ability to maintain & build relationships with current customers and generate new accounts within your territory
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office is a must and a background with using a CRM software is a plus
