ROLE: Business Analyst - Global Retailer - eCommerceLOCATION: Tamworth (M42/A5 Junction) SALARY:£47,000 - £55,000 plus regular salary increments, pension, 5 weeks holiday + 8 bank holidays, death in service, long service reward, paternity, maternity, and adoption pay, bike to work scheme, online discounts, excellent training, and developmentYour industry and technical experience will be backed up by proven skills in full project lifecycle experience from scoping, through analysis to delivery whilst managing the appropriate relationships internally and externally. Business Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:-Ownership of the product quality delivered by multiple strategic projects in an Agile / SCRUM environment throughout the full project lifecycle from the initial benefits case through to detailed scoping/design and onto benefits realisation once live - Stakeholder engagement and the ability to build rapport across the business at all levels and engage with internal and external customers-Maintaining an overall strategic view of the eCommerce Products and a stream of smaller enhancements-The sign off solution approach, detailed stories, acceptance criteria and user experience design to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and delivers an optimal customer experience-Acting as a subject matter expert on business analysis best practice and requirements gathering techniques.
