Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor, for a well established business in a niche industry, to join the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policy and procedure, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliancewith industry standards.Client DetailsA renowned name in the commercial sector.   • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage ER issues
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures
ProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:
  • Proven working experience as an HR Advisor
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law, ER issues and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-focused approach
  • Proficiency in HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • The ability to work independently
  • An understanding of GDPR
