Job Title: Yardman / ValetorWho are we:VMS (Fleet Management) Ltd is a forward-thinking fleet management and contract hire company with facilities throughout the UK. VMS provides a range of services to both blue chip and SME fleet operators and Insurance companies including contract hire, flexi-hire, accident management repair and maintenance and fleet disposal and sales services.VMS have built a strong, dynamic client base and pride ourselves on customer retention. Customer service and client focus are paramount to the business. We are now looking for a Yardman / Valetor for our site in Tamworth.Job Requirements:You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are checked and cleaned to the required standards and available, this will include preparing defleet and end of contract vehicles for resale as well as ensuring all vehicles are parked correctly in the yards and kept secure. You will maintain good communication with the office at all times and make a positive contribution to achieving site targets.Skills / Experience• Ideally, youll have some basic mechanical knowledge and be the kind of person who responds to customers with the utmost care and attention, providing the highest level of service to contribute positively to the growth of the branch.• Youll be a great team player, assisting other team members in their roles when required.• You will also be confident in driving a wide variety of different vehicle typesLocation : TamworthHourly rate: £9.50 per hourHours: 42.5 hours per weekJob type: Full time / Permanent
