Here are some further details about your role here:A day in the life of a Telesales Account Manager at phs Warner Howard

• You will be looking after our valued business customer via calls regarding our range of quality products including Air Care, Hand Dryers, Hair Dryers, dispensers and accessories, essential for business and industries
• Youll be speaking with Business Owners, Architects, Contractors and Distributors and will be an ambassador for the company
• There will of course be targets to achieve and exceed, so you will be looking to effectively establish the needs of our customers, talking confidently about the features, advantages and benefits of our essential products and winning contracts / sales
• Account Management is important so you need to ensure our customers always feels valued

The ideal candidate for a Telesales Account Manager at phs Warner Howard

• You will be taking and making calls while updating our computer systems / CRMs, so contact centre telesales experience would be preferred
• You will need to be articulate and professional in all communication with customers
• We are looking for someone who is motivated, engaging and authentic, who can build trust and take ownership of enquiries
• You will also need to have demonstrable experience of being successful in a Telesales role, with a competitive and ethical desire to exceed targets through service and sales excellence

• A very realistic OTE of £29,000 with a guaranteed base salary of £19,000 and fantastic earning potential
