Looking after our customers is at the heart of what we do, so your ability to confidently and comfortably speak with our customersis essential. Well be there with you every step of the way to guide, support and to listen to your ideas. There are also excellent opportunities for progression.A day in the life of a Telesales Account Manager with us at phs Group will involve:

  • Calling our existing B2B customers to enhance our relationship, adding value and retaining their custom by giving them the best service possible.
  • Growing the customers product holding with us by establishing their current needs, and matching them to suitable products or services from our vast range.
  • Focusing on the quality of the sale you are making by knowing / selling the products based on the need you have established.
  • Listening to and engaging with our customers and solving any queries they may have.
  • Advising our customers of any new innovative products and services that we develop.
The ideal candidate for a Telesales Account Manager at phs Groupwhat youll need
  • You are experienced at Account Management and Telesales
  • Youre positive and confident without being over-confident.
  • Youre polite and articulate.
  • You enjoy telesales, identifying opportunities and matching products and services to customers needs.
  • You have a successful record of generating leads and sales in an outbound call environment.
  • Youre resilient, determined, and excellent at building rapport.
  • You want a career rather than a job, where you will be appreciated for the quality of your sales not just the quantity.
