Most important for us is someone with honesty, integrity and a positive can-do attitude who is used to having great conversations with customers and closingsales.Your role as a Telesales Account Manager with us at phs Group will involve:

  • Calling our existing business customers to understand their needs, and providing the best solutions for them
  • Growing the customers product holding with us by establishing their current needs each quarter and matching them to suitable products or services from our vast range.
  • Being the industry expert for your customers, knowing / selling the products consultatively.
  • Listening to and understanding the cause of queries or cancellations, offering solutions to support the customer and retain their valued business.
  • This is a full 360 account manager role covering all aspects of sales, cancellations, and inbound calls and email from your customers and updating the CRMs with details.
  • Achieving and working towards set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically)
  • The contractual services we sell are for Washrooms, Healthcare, Floorcare and Air-care.
The ideal candidate for a Telesales Account Manager at phs Group
  • You are great at building rapport, with resilience and determination to succeed
  • Youre polite and articulate, trustworthy, reliable and a good team player
  • You are highly organised and structured when planning your day
  • You are target driven and self-motivated
  • A consultative approach to selling, with experience of selling on a contractual basis and closing the sale yourself rather than passing the lead on.
  • Previous experience with telesales and account management would be desirable

  • A guaranteed base salary of £22,360
  • First year achievable OTE of £31,960 based on what new starters have achieved, with realistic OTE in second year of £35,887
  • Uncapped commission
