Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Telephone Account Manager to join their established Tele-Appointing team. The purpose of this role is to generate new business revenue by conducting outbound calls to customers within the B2B market. This is a great opportunity to join a Nationwide company that provides a first-class service to over 200,000 organisations across the UK.As the Telephone Account Manager your duties will be:

Making new business calls to decision makers to promote the company’s services

Booking appointments for Field Representatives to meet with businesses

Overcoming objections and generating new leads

Fact finding and investigating customer requirements

Using the company database or online portals to source for various leads

The successful candidate of Telephone Account Manager will have:

Previous experience within an outbound B2B, new business role

Ability to overcome objections and negotiate well at all levels

Proven track record of achievement within an outbound Tele-appointing, Telesales or Telemarketing position

In return the Telephone Account Manager will receive a basic salary of £20,500 with a very realistic OTE of £31,000, plus monthly incentives. Free on-site parking along with 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and Christmas.
