Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Full time/Permanent Quality Administrator for our Client in Tamworth.The position available is within the Test Certificate / Quality Department.Duties to include but not limited to the following

  • Booking in goods on stock computer system
  • Booking in goods onto test certificate system
  • Allocating & confirm picking goods on stock computer system
  • Producing outgoing test certificates
  • Stock balancing via stock input forms / stock checks
  • Preparing and submitting project documentation
  • Preparing documentation for third party inspections
  • Maintaining calibration records
  • Logging and investigating customer complaints
The candidate will also be required to provide support & cover in our Progressing Department. Duties to include but not limited to the following
  • Progressing orders
  • Preparing Certificates of Origin
  • Issuing pro-forma invoices and chasing payment
  • Checking customers credit limit on our computer system
  • Typing order confirmations
  • Printing Invoices and adding the correct declaration
  • Typing packing lists and address labels accurately and promptly
  • Booking collections on behalf of customers

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Previous experience of data input
  • Previous experience of office administration
  • Knowledge if ISO 9001:2015 would be an advantage
The person we are looking for must have strong organisation skills, have a flexible approach and be a hard worker. Due to the training involved, we are looking for long term commitment.Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. 30 minutes lunch break.Salary: £19,000-£20,000 per annum
