Job Description

Our clients are energy efficiency specialists, and an opportunity has risen to join their tight-knit and supportive team environment as a Customer Service Advisor. Help them eradicate fuel poverty, increase the well-being of all their customers, and drivemomentum in helping to reduce carbon emissions nationally.Customer Service Advisor Location: Taff’s Well, Cardiff Salary: £21,000 - £23,000Full-time / PermanentThe RoleTo succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be a keen problem solver, committed to making a difference by dealing with inbound customer inquiries, problem-solving in real-time, and managing social media communications.

  • Dealing with all inbound customer inquiries
  • Qualifying and assessing customers for ECO grant funding
  • Managing surveyor and engineer appointments
  • Managing Leads inbox
  • Checking property information against EPC register
  • Calculating customer contributions
  • Managing customer reviews platform
  • Monitoring social media communications
Requirements:
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Able to learn about the business process quickly
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Flexible team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload to meet deadlines
  • IT literate: Word, Excel and Outlook experience is essential
