By believing in someone you can help people reach their own potential as well as supporting with the everyday tasks such as finances, housekeeping, attending appointments, shopping, and participating in various activities of choice and a dedication to further people we support’s skills and abilities.About you: Although an understanding of the role is desirable, it is not essential as training will be provided. We are more interested in ‘who you are’ as a person. You will have excellent written and communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to learn and undertake the essential training that is required for the role.Whilst experience is not essential as full training will be provided we also welcome experience working as Home Carer, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurses, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker.Candidates should apply by forwarding their CV.
