Job Description

Nursing Home Manager/ Care Home ManagerOur care home is purpose built and designed to support up to 60 residents with nursing and residential care needs. The Manager would be responsible for leading the wonderful team in Swanton Morley near Dereham, it has a great homely feel and a fantasticlocal reputation too.A multi award winning, successful, family run organisation. We currently have approximately 350 employees across the East of England and will be building upon this as we grow further with our exciting and ambitious growth plans.There is a career path to further opportunities in the future for the more ambitious individuals if they wish.Benefits:

Role and responsibilitiesAs the Care Home Manager, you will be passionate, focused and committed about the delivery of a high-quality service and you are able to lead, motivate and inspire others.The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual, responsible for the daily management of the home and will be accountable for the homes operations and activities.They will have a strong commercial acumen and will share our desire for success.The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous management experience within a service provision in the care sector
  • Ability to recognise and develop additional opportunities for the service ensuring a high-quality service is maintained
  • Leadership/Management experience within Health & Social Care
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve an Outstanding CQC rating and deliver the highest quality person centred care.
