Trainee Recruitment Consultant - SwanseaAre you:

Penguin Recruitment is excited to be recruiting again for a motivated & determined individual to join our friendly team in the beautiful seaside town of Mumbles, Swansea. Having been established since 2004, the selected applicant will work for a reputablerecruitment consultancy where you will help exceptional clients find outstanding candidates! We assist both private and public sector clients in their search for the perfect employees, across a range of disciplines including Engineering, Environmental andIT sectors.We will provide you with 360 recruitment training where you will develop your own client base within the industry and search for suitable candidates across the UK. Other skills which you will develop will include marketing, business development, sales skillssuch as negotiation, managing offers, assisting candidates through the interview process, arranging interviews & working towards hitting your individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Candidates should ideally be educated to Degree level and have a UK driving licence with access to a car - no commercial experience is required!At Penguin, we are committed to making work fun so, we try to provide as many social and financial incentives as possible.
