Job Description

Reed HR are looking for a People Administrator to join our Swansea client to support the delivery of an excellent, customer-focused HR service. This role is ideal for someone who is well-organised, has a keen eye for detail. You will be working in a busyenvironment, providing administrative support across a range of people-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.Day to Day of the role:

  • Reporting to the People Partner and providing administrative support to the People Team.
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems.
  • Developing and preparing analytical reports as required.
  • Responding competently to queries and requests for information and advice.
  • Assisting with the administration of the full employee engagement cycle.
  • Organising recruitment logistics.
  • Producing HR-related correspondence, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Managing reference checks, DBS processes, and ‘Right to Work in the UK’ verifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach with sound judgement.
  • HR administrative experience is advantageous.
  • Certificate in People Practice (CIPD level 3) or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it.
