Having been established since 2004, we have developed an extensive database of candidates& clients who you will be able to assist in their job searches across the UK.We also have roles available for experienced recruiters looking for an exciting new opportunity!You will be responsible for many duties including:

  • Screening and profiling candidates.
  • Calling a portfolio of clients to win business.
  • Advert writing.
  • Guiding candidates through interview processes.
  • Supporting fee negotiations.
  • Work towards hitting daily, weekly & monthly KPIs.
Should you join us, you will have a great opportunity to earn uncapped commission & make upwards of £25k in your first year, up to £35k in your second year and £40k+ in your third year - you wont find that in many entry level roles!
