Job Description

Exciting permanent opportunities for reliable and hardworking customer focused individuals with great telephone communication skills for a fast growing company based in the SA7 area of Swansea.   • Answer incoming calls from new customers looking to go through quotes for insurance then take them through the process to set up a policy via the telephone
  • Ensure all information is being recorded accurately
  • Speak with customers about their plans and advise best options
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure they fully understand the product theyre buying
No specific experience is required. However, a great telephone manner and upbeat personality are essential, no contact centre experience is necessary as some of their best staff have never worked in this environment before!
  • Customer Service experience would be advantageous (Retail, hospitality, call centre or face to face sales)
  • Working 37.5 per week on a rolling shift patterns across the opening hours of 8am - 8pm, working one Saturday per month and one Sunday a month with a day off in the week
  • Training
Full training will be given for the first six weeks - if you have any holidays booked during this time we wont be able to consider you for this intake.
