Job Description

  • About the role
  • We have an excellent opportunity available for a qualified Panel Beater/Paint Prep technician to join our first rate preparation centre based at Plasmarl.
  • The successful candidate will be a fundamental part of the preparation process by undertaking all vehicle bodywork preparation tasks on a wide variety of vehicles as allocated by the Workshop Manager. This will include panel beating, application of filler,rubbing down repairs and all general preparation up to the point of paint application. This could be to individual panels or, possibly, complete vehicles as identified during the appraisal process.

  • Applicants should be;
  • Experienced in panel beating/vehicle preparation and fully qualified
  • Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines/under pressure
  • Flexible hours of work: We are looking to maximise the use of our existing facilities and therefore would welcome flexible working.
