Job Description

We’re looking for two highly motivated Sales Coordinators to join our busy team in Swansea where you’ll be responsible for providing customers with quotations on pipe and valve fitting products.This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.About the role

  • To provide pipe, valve and fitting estimates to customers and produce accurate pricing and quotations to customers
  • Provide technical & delivery updates to customers
  • Promotes sales growth, by maximising margins and making best use of promotions
  • Work with estimators and account managers to work out margins and prepare quote format
  • Checking stock and deliveries and liaising with our wider branch network
  • Establish good relationships with customers and suppliers to maximise sales
  • Responding to any customer and suppliers’ enquiries by phone or email
  • Working to KPIs and SLAs to ensure a high level of service delivery
    • About you Any exposure to providing quotations or pricing for industrial pipe, valves and fittings (PVF) or selling PVF would be beneficial but is not essential.We welcome applications from individuals with strong experience in a sales administration who have worked in high volume environments or have previous experience in working with suppliers or experience in processing orders.You’ll ideally have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and any exposure to building long term relationships with customers and ability to identify and understand business opportunities would also be desirable.This role will also involve inputting data so an intermediate level of experience in Excel will be required.About your development and benefits We aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.
