New Car Sales ExecutiveAutomotive Retail DealershipSwansea (SA7)£20,000 pa, OTE £50,000 pa uncapped commission + car4 weekdays + Saturday & alternate Sundays Renault Swansea seeks an experienced motor retail sales executive to join our busy dealership on the Swansea Enterprise Park (SA7).You will be joining a high-performing Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care, based at our high profile dealership. Our large, lively showroom features new cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges.You will also be selling add-ons, e.g. finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons, all of which enhance your own personal earnings. You will be welcomed by our friendly and highly-motivated team who currently sit high in nationalleague tables for units sold and customer satisfaction (NPS score).Strong public demand has led to us opening this exciting job vacancy where you will be helping us to showcase the latest models including all-new hybrid versions of Clio and Captur, the all-electric Zoe, and popular crossover the Kadjar. We also host theDacia brand which has models like the Sandero super-mini and the Duster which are sensible and affordable options for customers in the current times. Keep a look-out for the All-new Renault Arkana - coming soon!Updated trims, electrified models and all-new releases are planned in the coming months for which you will be included on launch events at the dealership and secret off-site track locations.Candidates must have current job experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer. If youve worked as a Vehicles Sales Executive with other Renault or Dacia franchises before, so much the better!The successful candidate must be confident and determined to succeed, have a successful career history in commission-based sales (ideally in motor retail), and have superb personal presentation and customer service skills.Furthermore you must hold a Full UK Drivers license in order to be considered for this role. It is essential for our company car insurance, carrying out test drives and eligibility to our Company Car scheme.Hours of work

4 weekdays + Saturday and alternating Sundays
8:00am to 6:00pm weekdays.
Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm.
Sundays 10am to 4pm.
One regular weekday off per week

In return we offer a basic salary of £20,000 per annum, uncapped commission OTE £50,000 pa plus a demonstrator car from day one.
