MOT Tester / Vehicle TechnicianSwansea, SA7Manufacturer-owned dealershipMon – Fri 8:30am to 5pm1-in-4 Sat mornings on rota 8:30am to 12:30pm£23,795 pa + overtime + bonus, OTE £29,000 - £30,000 pa.Renault Swansea seeks an MOT Tester to join our dealership’s workshop. Immediate start available!The role involves routine servicing, maintenance and repairs of cars and vans to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first time fix.Candidates should ideally have a City & Guilds or NVQ level III Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualifications, hold a full UK Driver’s licence and certainly hold current DVSA Certification for MOT Testing. Uniform and PPE will be provided.The core hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with ½ hr lunch, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm.The package comprises £23,795 pa + uncapped monthly bonuses which add circa £5,000-£6,000 pa to your earnings.Overtime is often available beyond the core hours, with additional Saturday work paid at time-and-a-half on top of the basic salary.
