Job Description

Warehouse Operative roles available working 4 on/ 4 off NIGHTS for a document storage company in Swadlincote DE11 with good transport links, free parking onsite, temp to perm opportunities available!Hours & Shifts:Nights: 6pm-6am (1800-0600) -4 on/ 4 offPay Rate:6pm-11pm - £10.97 per hour 11pm-6am - £12.57 per hour + Monthly Bonus + Overtime (time and a half)As Warehouse Operative you will be working in a friendly environment within their warehouse with responsibility for the following:

  • Retrieve customer boxes, files and documents from storage in preparation for dispatch to customer sites.
  • Ensure items have been recorded /scanned correctly and are in a decent condition for transportation.
  • Use the tracking system and operating procedures to ensure that daily routines are performed accurately, efficiently and on time
  • Work in line with all company policies, relating to Health and Safety, information security and confidentiality.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
  • Warehouse Operative experience or similar but not essential as full training given
  • Ability to learn new processes and ways of working
  • Physically fit due to large amount of lifting (15kg) and lots of walking is required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with the ability to use your own initiative
  • Full clean driving license is essential
