An excellent opportunity for a Shift Manager who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is flexible in their approach to managing priorities and their team.You will be responsible for Colleague H&S, KPIs including Finance management to ensure costs are managed within line of budget, site standards and overall team performance down to operative level, reviewing department/shift capability including all performancemanagement tasks across the shift.Your analysis of key focus areas for the shift based on the handover and capability volumes and trends will assist you in work allocation as this will be critical in ensuring the right focus is on the agreed priorities to deliver your shift goals. Therewill be times when things dont quite go to plan so keeping morale in a good place will require your positivity and skills to get things done.Key skills and experience
