You will lead an amazing team of support staff and provide the greatest level of support possible for people who are residing in the hostel. The vacancycovers the Swadlincote area which alongside the hostel also provides housing related support for adults in the community. People using this service may have experience of mental health issues, drug or alcohol misuse, or a history of offending behaviour.Key Responsibilities
