The firm is seeking a full-time residential conveyancer to join its residential propertydivision, to be based in Swadlincote. This is a fully office-based role, offering clear internal career progression, high quality (low volume) work to ensure that youll have great work life balance.Your new role will see you joining a small conveyancing department based in Swadlincote which makes up a portion of the wider residential property division company wide. Youll be given responsibility for your own caseload of conveyancing transactions (includingsale & purchase, leasehold & freehold, remortgage, transfer of equity, shared ownership, right to buy and help to buy etc) which youll handle from start to completion and through the post completion process.This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of a growing team that has big plans for the future.
